Who we serve
The Oregon City SBHC primarily serves students in grades 9-12. Students in grades K-8, who are enrolled in the district, may access services by referral of the District Nurse. Call 503-785-8400 for assistance.
No student is denied services
Insurance is billed whenever possible in order to sustain the SBHC. However, students receive care, regardless of their ability to pay. Students and families are not charged for services.
Team approach to care
The nurse practitioner and mental health specialist are dedicated to creating a safe and inviting environment for youth.
Mental health counseling
The SBHC offers a range of care for children and youth, including individual and family therapy, group counseling, and crisis intervention.
Prevention focused services
Services at the Oregon City SBHC are targeted at preventing illnesses and promoting healthy behaviors and decisions. Services include:
Diagnosing and treating injury & illness.
Mental or emotional health services.
Comprehensive physical exams.
Alcohol & drug assessments.
Health education & wellness counseling.
Referrals to specialty services as needed
